Way down in the South West of France, in the Tarn-et-Garonne, this wedding venue is the ultimate rambling French farmhouse, surrounded by peaceful, un-spoilt countryside, with the foothills of the mighty Pyrenees in the distance. There are lots of medieval towns to explore within a short drive or families can pack a picnic to follow the many footpaths which criss-cross the countryside, or simply to spend the day on lake and river beaches.

For a special gathering the farmhouse has been lovingly renovated to the height of rustic luxury and packed with high spec finishing touches. Besides the 16th century farmhouse, we have converted the traditional Pigeonniere, Grain Store and even the original Bread Oven building, so there's plenty of space for all your family and friends. Given its age it has all the character of original gnarly beams, honey-coloured stone walls and even a timber Minstrels gallery, but we have also incorporated our own hand-crafted additions.

There is a recently renovated 150m2 barn with a light and airy feel which has all been cladded with wood inside with doors that open out into the garden which will make the perfect reception room for your big day.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large grassy garden which has a lovely 14m x 5m heated swimming pool with a 5m x 3m paddling area that’s perfect for babies and toddlers. We also have a rigid safety cover as we are very family friendly! There’s table tennis by the pool and plenty of space to play football, badminton and boules, or spread out a picnic in the orchard, find a quiet corner in the walled gardens of the Grain Store and Bread Oven, or sneak a snooze in the hammock, slung between chestnut trees or in the Apple day bed that rotates to chase or avoid the sun. With this in mind there are lots of options for reception areas, canapes and even a brunch the day after the main event! From the pool and the outdoor terraces, there are scenic views over the surrounding fields towards the foothills of the Pyrenees and as evening falls, perfect for those breath taking photographs that you will cherish forever! Children will be pestering to toast marshmallows around the fire pit whilst you watch for shooting stars snuggled in a blanket to end the perfect day.

There are 8 bedrooms which allows us to sleep 12 adults, 6 children and 5 infants. Each bedroom has been designed to feel like a boutique hotel room, including Loaf Super-king beds with the finest John Lewis mattresses and bed linen, plus there is are decadent roll top baths in the master bedroom, Pigeonierre and Grain Store ensuites along with luxury walk-in rain showers. In the children’s room, bespoke, built-in bunk beds double as a play den, with a porthole under the steps for secret midnight feasts and a smooth wood slide to slither out of bed. All rooms have air-conditioning making your stay that little bit more comfortable. We really aim to make this your home from home during you stay, allowing you to relax and have a stress free day, and as a little treat we can arrange freshly baked pastries for your breakfast fresh from the bakery.

We have poured our hearts and souls into creating this luxury wedding venue and we hope you feel the love and attention that has gone into making this a magical place if you choose us for your French wedding venue.

Our closest airport is Rodez but for regular flights from all major airports Toulouse is just 1hr 20min drive away.

Ah, Nouvelle-Aquitaine! Home to Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes. This is quite possibly the ideal wedding destination for any happy couple.

Aquitaine is home to Bordeaux and it is more than possible for you to get married near to the breath-taking Dordogne, or even near the Basque Villages. This is along the Spanish border and there is so much for you to see and do. The hot springs that are in Nouvelle-Aquitaine are not to be missed and this is great if you want to pamper yourself after the big day. Poitou-Charentes is on the Atlantic Coast and the sandy white beaches are culturally stimulating ad the most beautiful location to get married in France. Famous for its beautiful architecture as well as its incredible food and wine, This region has it all. Castles from yesteryear adorn every hilltop and the region is a must for anyone who enjoys their food. Local specilaities include truffles, foie gras, prunes and of course wine, so every wedding will be full of amazing cuisine and your guests will not be disappointed. If it is the classic French chateau that you are after for your wedding in France then you have to conside Nouvelle Aquitaine and the surrounding areas!

Of course, you also have the Marias Poitevan wetlands, and this is not to be missed either. You can get to this area via train and flights also run to this area as well. This is easily one of the most beautiful areas for wedding venues in the whole of France and the activities there include horse riding, wine-tasting and relaxing on some of the sandy shores. The region features many destinations with cultural and touristic significance locations like the Citadel of Blaye, Saint-Emilion, La Rochelle, Aquarium, Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat. All of these areas have a rich historical background that could be considered when choosing wedding venues in the region. Nothing can quite compare to the experience you will get when you visit this location, and it is one of the best places for you to say those special words, “I Do!”.

  • Just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at this luxury venue. The house, surrounding area and team all exceeded our expectations. The house is impeccably and luxuriously refurbished and the gardens and views lovely. The area is one of the prettiest I have visited in France (despite having lived in France for a year) and was blissfully quiet - none of the heaving August crowds of the more touristy areas. The owner Leo kindly helped us arrange a meal on our first night, daily bread delivery, cleaning and childcare every afternoon which made the whole wedding feel like an especially indulgent treat. This house is perfect for a group of friends or families with plenty of baby equipment and toys for the kids. I would highly recommend it for anyone getting married and hope to return again one day!
