A magnificent Chateau, rooted in French tradition, offering an impressive venue for your wedding day.

This Chateau works in conjunction with another grand chateau to provide excellent accommodation options.

Description

The estate of the Noble Chateau is situated in Normandy, in the heart of the touristic golden triangle of Calvados, between the Bayeux Tapestry Museum, the D-Day Landing Beaches of 6th June 1944 and the Memorial of the Second World War in Caen.

In this privileged environment, we propose an unforgettable venue, rich in French traditions and Art de Vivre - through which we will immerse you into history and share our passion for the Chateau.

We can offer bespoke weddings, according to the clients needs and especially their desires. We are at their disposition to support them, create and imagine their event with them. Our strengths reside in our flexibility, adaptability and imagination.

The Domaine of 200 hectares benefits from total isolation from neighbours, meaning there will not be any problems regarding the noise levels and there is no curfew.

This 17th Century castle has only been open to the public for 3 years now, and is now available for wedding celebrations. It is also a backdrop for art exhibitions with its contemporary art space.

The total number of guests for a wedding is up to 500 people.

The Castle:
Inside the castle offers 4 historical lounges with their own private facilities, meaning the venue is suited to both large events and more intimate gatherings:
The Grand Library Napoleon III (used for Gala dinners) - 30 people seated
The Napoleon 1er dining room (lunch, cocktail) - 20 people seated
The "Salon des Dames" (cocktail, bride's & bridesmaid's room) - 30 people standing
The "Salon Turgot" (cocktail) - 50 people standing

For your cocktail reception, cocktail or even an outdoor reception, the Louis XIV terrace can accommodate up to 150 people. Located high, this 80-meter-long space, covered with ivy and bordered by beeches, overlooks the castle gardens. Inside, the Premier and Second Empire dining rooms can accommodate up to 40 guests.

Outside
The classical French gardens are situated on the south side of the castle and offer a 360 degrees view over the chateau, the garden and the fields.
It is possible to rent a marquee for the wedding dinner and brunch in the gardens.
