Welcome to the 1755 summer residence of one of Napoleon's generals. A beautifully restored Chateau, winery and gite complex that offers the glam of baroque with the comfort of the 21st century.

The Chateau is set within its own vineyards and within a 6 acre park with two swimming pools, SPA, high quality wines and accommodation for up to 65 guests. Exactly what you need to host your big day which can easily transform into a week-end or a week of perfection.

Whether you are looking for a small venue to host your immediate family and friends or a base to invite 200 plus guests to celebrate your big day, this could be the property for you. This chateau is an idyllic, private estate nestled in the middle of fabulous Languedoc vineyards.

Situated in the South of France, 35 km from the Mediterranean Sea and Beziers airport this is a stunning location for a wedding easily accessible for international guests.

The property consists of the chateau built in 1755 offering the bridal suite with private terrace and jacuzzi, 3 further suites and 1 double room for your guests. In addition, 7 well equipped gites have been created in adjacent converted historic buildings, like the Orangery, and each accommodate from 4 to up to 11 guests. All together the chateau can accommodate 65 of your friends and family.

There is also a working winery, set on the banks of the river Herault, where some 400,000 bottles of amazing wine are produced annually and a 6 acre old park with two swimming pools; one of which is heated!

The chateau has also a newly opened SPA offering innovative cosmetics and a personal approach from the on site owners to ensure perfection for your stay, ideal for the bride on her big day to get pampered! It truly is an excellent and highly rated property.

Location

Occitanie Wedding Venues Occitanie is a mixture of Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées. Languedoc-Roussillon is known for their Mediterranean cuisine and it stretches from the famous Rhone River to the Spanish border.

This region can offer a great climate with an absolutely stunning coastline. You will also find that Carcassonne is here, and the Canal Du Midi is the perfect place for you to spend your first moments as husband and wife. The other region here is Midi-Pyrénées. This takes its name from The Pyrénées, which is the mountain which runs right through it. It is actually the largest region in France when you look at the size, and the rivers there are phenomenal. This alone makes it a sublime wedding location, so if you want to take some spectacular photos by the river or if you want the best, city-scenic backdrop then this is certainly the right location for you.

Getting there is very easy, and for the coastal properties there are often boat rides available if you wanted to treat your guests to something really special. We had our wedding here in June 2023 and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. Karina does an excellent job of running the Chateau; she works very hard and the results show. She has an anwer for all your questions and she is relaxed and flexible which makes for an enjoyable experience.
If you are considering holding a wedding or other event here I would highly recommend it without a doubt. The space is just perfect having everyone on site together, and the outdoor space with the swimming pools, hot tubs and spa is beutifully maintained and so very special! The wine tasting was also a fantastic experience.
Thank you Karina and her team for such a perfect stay at this Chateau - we are already planning our return!

Un vrai coup de cœur ! Un site parfait pour un beau mariage. Un cadre idyllique, chic et romantique pour une belle réception. 60 couchages dans de très belles chambres et gîtes. Nous avons choisi ce lieu pour son authenticité. Le top. Une grande chance, se marier l’hiver…notre date était disponible. Nous avons décidé de faire le vin d’honneur en face du château à côté de l’orangerie et c'était tout simplement magnifique. Le château a totalement contribué à la réussite de notre mariage ! La saison ne nous a pas permis d’utiliser les deux piscines mais nous avons pu bénéficier de l’accès au SPA, très apprécié par tous nos convives et de la dégustation de vins. Que dire du brunch suédois du lendemain matin : juste parfait.

Merci à toute l'équipe du château : Karina, Heather et Mickael pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, une organisation sans faute. Une équipe très sympathique, professionnelle et d’une grande discrétion. Un seul petit regret ne pas avoir fait la connaissance de Peter qui était en déplacement professionnel. Tous les trois adorables, à l'écoute, et de très bons conseils ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit féerique, élégant et plein de poésie... Merci de faire (re)vivre ce patrimoine unique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Difficile de quitter les lieux une fois le mariage passé... un château extraordinaire où tout le monde trouve sa place et d’où personne n'a envie de repartir !
