- the house by the sea with a terrace over the sea, a patio with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and cascading water. It has 4 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with direct access to the pool and to the seafront, small kitchen and breakfast area
- the house at the end of the property with a large garage for 2 cars, has a living/dining room area, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a terrace with a jacuzzi.
- the maison de maitre has a large high ceiling traditional french living room with a big fireplace and access to the seafront terrace, a dining room for 12, a provencal kitchen, 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; in the basement, a bar with a fireplace, a night lounge which can be turned into a nightclub and a wine cellar. There is a separate appartment with a small living room, kitchen,double room with ensuite bathroom
- a small one bedroom "mazet" with ensuite bathroom in a traditional stone building.
In front of the maison de maitre, there is a large lawn area where up to 200 guests can be entertained either outdoors or you can put a marquee up. Helicopters can land in that zone also for those that wish to travel in style. There is a free-form pool on a lower level, next to the sea, with a large terrace to relax in the sun, a large round outdoor shower, and steps to access the sea, rocks and a small terrace among the rocks.
The property comes with a private port with mooring, a boathouse as well as a private sandy beach which can be used for stunning wedding photographs. This great place is perfect for a seaside weddings and celebrations.
Le Bord de Mer is located between Grimaud and Sainte Maxime, thus giving guests easy and quick access to the quaint village centre with great restaurants and beautiful castle, to Port Grimaud built on a laguna, to the beaches in Sainte Maxime like Beauvallon, la Croisette, la Garonnette, la Nartelle or la Plage des Elephants, and only 15min from Saint Tropez . There are many restaurants and beach clubs to enjoy a day on the beach like le 44, Club Wyc, Le Prao, Le St Barth offer private beaches and restaurants, as well as many watersports (jetski, sailing, paragliding, doughnutting, snorkeling).
